Filling – capping – labelling lines are designed to reach the maximum efficiency with several formats. They are manufactured on customer’s specific request basing on production, kind of product to be dosed, container and kind of cap that could be twist-off or pressure cap.
FILLING – CAPPING – LABELLING LINES are manufactured on customer’s specific request basing on production, kind of product to be dosed, container and kind of cap that could be twist-off or pressure cap. These lines are very flexible for processing several formats of container and cap. They can be equipped with laoding and accumulation tables. Format change is easy and quick. Between the filling and the capping units it is possible to place working tables for the operators, with deflectors for moving the container on the stainless steel table (for ex. to place the cap or the undercap by hand). Filling unit can have one, two or four dosing nozzles basing on the required output. It is possible to place downstream a labeler or a marker.

Blowing, Filling, Weight checking and Capping MR 6 – MTR 3 for Food
Production line for sauces, meat sauces, mayonnaise, honey, soups, etc… Suitable for food products in glass jars with twist off cap. The line is composed by a rectangular motorized loading table 2×3 mtrs suitable for getting euro-pallets for jars unstacking with channeling system on a row, linear blowing machine with twist for jars overturning and blowing of filtered air by an impeller pump, filling monoblock model MR-6 brushless with 6 volumetric cylinders driven by brushless motors and anti-drop shut-off nozzles, heated hopper with horizontal blades stirrer for keeping the product homogeneous, all the systems are controlled by PLC with touch screen operator panel, station for weight checking and metal detector with automatic rejection in line without machine stop, capping monoblock model MTR-3 with 3 heads, suitable for twist-off caps, inlet cochlea and continuous motion star, motorized accumulation table Ø 1000mm

The line is composed by a motorized loading table Ø 800 mm, filling monoblock model MR-4 with 4 volumetric dosing cylinders drivend by a pneumatic 4-cylinder dosing machine model VM1000TBP with heated hopper and horizontal blades stirrer for keeping the product homogeneous, n. 4 shut-off anti-drop nozzles, all the systems are controlled by PLC with touch-screen operator panel, monohead capping monoblock suitable for twist-off caps model MTS-1 with conveyor star with alternating motion and motorized accumulation table Ø 800mm
