Vov, with its creamy consistency and classic yellow color, is a traditional egg-based liqueur.

Seven Fluss, with its historic brand Tecno Fluss, is specialized in the dosage of Vov and Liquid Creams,

for which our experts have designed and manufactured special anti-drip systems for filling in both bottles and glass jars, also providing solutions for the final capping in separate modules with multiformat distributors of caps of different sizes and features.

Our semi-automatic volumetric dosers and our complete filling and capping dosing lines are tailored to the customer’s needs with high quality materials.

The lines are studied in detail in order to obtain a particular versatility of adaptation for possible additions on request, such as labeling modules or markers to print the lot and expiry dates.

One of our strength is a special module able to work different dosage formats, different containers and caps and with the possibility of applying lid with induction or by pick&place system; all of this is electronically controlled by a plc panel that facilitates the switch between the different formats with different caps by a simple click visible on the monitor.
