Toothpaste

The toothpaste is a pasty, gelatinous and more or less fluid product used for dental cleaning and hygiene. It can also be produced in special formulations for sensitive gums or with whitening or anti-tooth decay properties.

Seven Fluss, with its historic Tecno Fluss brand, offers dosage systems that ensure precision in the dosing of the toothpaste.

Anti-drop shut-off nozzles and thread-cut nozzles for accurate filling. Pneumatic or electronic volumetric dosers that can be integrated into automatic lines and tube filling machines.

All parts in contact with the product are in Aisi 316 stainless steel.

By-pass rotating valve. Suitable for dosing dense and doughy products.
REMARKS: Hopper for product loading with possibility of stirring by scraping blades and augerfiller.
Application with anti-drop shut-off nozzle. It can be installed onto automatic lines.
