Shampoo, used for hair care and hygiene, is certainly one of the most widely used products in the cosmetics industry.

 

Seven Fluss, with its historic brand Tecno Fluss and thanks to the years of experience that distinguish her, is specialized in the dosage of Shampoo and Conditioner.

We offer dosing solutions for all production needs: from the standard semi-automatic dosing unit to the complete linear and rotary filling and capping lines that can be integrated with labeling stations.

To avoid the formation of foam during the product packaging phases, our experts have studied specific filling systems with diving nozzles with progressive ascent, which allow precise dosing with superior performance in terms of reliability and production speed.

Our lines can be configured with linear dosing modules with 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 nozzles, while for capping we can provide single-head turrets or with 3, 4 or 5 rotary heads depending on the speed required.

For productions with numerous types of formats, we have created a special Multi-format MRM module in which it is possible to manage different formats with a single star. Depending on the configuration, the star can be adjusted manually or electronically in a fully automatic manner.
