The Sauce is a food preparation based mostly on vegetables or meat with a pasty, creamy, semi-liquid consistency. It can also contain pieces of vegetables or meat. It accompanies, flavors and improve meat, fish, pasta and vegetables.

 

Seven Fluss, with its historic brand Tecno Fluss, manufactures from the semi-automatic machine to the complete filling and capping systems for Sauces and Sauces with pieces.

The Sauce can be dosed in glass jars with twist-off caps or in thermosealed trays with film from a reel in a modified atmosphere. Possibility to optimize the application with heating and stirring in the hopper.

With our dosing head specific for dense products, even with pieces, and the use of thread and anti-drip shut-off nozzles, Tecno Fluss ensures precision of dosage and accuracy.

By-pass rotating valve. Suitable for dosing dense and doughy products.
REMARKS: Hopper for product loading with possibility of stirring by scraping blades and augerfiller.
