The filling stations model MR are studied to satisfy a variety of filling requirements. They are used for dense products such as creams, or for liquids such as shampoos, in a variety of containers. Depending on the model, they have 1 or 2 nozzles, which can be diving nozzles for liquid foaming products, or no-drip cut-off nozzles for dense and doughy products. The structure of the unit is made of stainless steel panels. The conveyer belt can be 2 or 3 meters long. At the centre of the station is an upwards-downwards unit, regulated by a pneumatic cylinder. Height is adjusted by a knob, allowing for size change (this can be motorised upon request). The unit which holds the containers in position consists of strong positioning clamps, or of a grid operated by pneumatic cylinders. A photocell equipped with optical fibres notes the presence of the container in the dosing station and initiates the dosing cycle.
