The volumetric dosing units model VM, for which TECNO FLUSS holds the original patent, are used in the food, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. They enable the precise and quick dosage of any type of product, be it liquid, dense or doughy. All the parts in contact with the product to be dosed are made of stainless steel AISI 316 and are all easily detachable for cleaning. Volume regulation is carried out by means of a graduated scale disc. The speed of product intake and output is finely regulated through chips integrated in the base of the unit. The dosing unit is compact and occupies minimal space, thus is easily installed within automatic systems. The gaskets of the dosing piston are made of Teflon, which has a long life even when used with abrasive products. The model with T.B.P. head for dense products, equipped with an additional cut-off nozzle, allows the dosing of difficult products. TECNO FLUSS also develops dosing units for special applications, depending on the customers’ requirements. For example we can offer:
•
dosing units with 2, 3 or 4 cylinders, with multiple dosing groups, model G.D.V.
•
micro-dosing units to dose from 0.5 to 20 c.c.
•
nozzles and plates for special dosage
•
cut-off no-drip nozzles
•
dosing units with programmable stroke counters
•
heated dosing units for the dosing of chocolate, butter, honey, or wax, paraffin, etc. (for temperatures ranging from 35°C to 120°C).
