The impulse thermosealing unit TB3 is a complete and innovative machine used to seal plastic tubes and apply a code on them. It is a semi-automatic, simple and compact electromagnetic unit, which can be positioned on a flat surface. It can seal tubes from a minimum length of 100 mm to a maximum of 230 mm. Its innovative temperature control system monitors the effective temperature of the electrical resistances, cycle after cycle, measuring the resistance variation in relation to the temperature variation. The TB3 has a system of code application through punch holes. During the closure phase, the machine applies to the inner seal an alphanumerical code with a maximum of 10 characters per tube.
